We actively work to minimize waste at every event we plan. From digital invitations and signage to coordinating with venues that offer recycling and composting programs, we make environmentally conscious choices a standard part of our planning process — not an afterthought.

We prioritize working with local vendors, florists, caterers, and decorators who share our values. Local sourcing reduces transportation emissions, supports the Florida community, and keeps the economic benefit close to home. When possible, we choose vendors who use sustainably sourced materials and biodegradable packaging.

Flowers and decorations bring events to life — and they don't have to cost the earth to do it. We encourage seasonal, locally grown florals, reusable décor elements, and donation of floral arrangements to hospitals, shelters, or community organizations after events conclude.

We work closely with caterers to accurately estimate food quantities and reduce over-ordering. Leftover food is redirected to local food banks and community organizations whenever possible. We also encourage caterers to use compostable or reusable serviceware in place of single-use plastics.

Sustainability extends beyond the environment. CRC Event Management is committed to giving back to the communities of Orlando and Tampa. We support local nonprofits, participate in community events, and dedicate a portion of our work each year to organizations making a difference — because a thriving community is part of a sustainable future.
